The Grounding Rod is placed directly in the earth and the extension cord connects to your Earthing product via a coil cord. You can run the cord through a window or under a door and into the ground outside. Ground rods can be used with all Earthing products and as an alternative to connecting through your power outlets.
The Grounding Rod is 12" (300mm) and the extension cord is 12 metres long.
How To Set Up Your Grounding Rod & Lead
- 1. First Push the Ground Rod directly into the earth (8" to 10").
- 2. Run the cord from the Ground Rod, under or around a window or door, near where you will be using your product.
- 3. Make sure to cover the cord to prevent tripping.
- 4. Plug the prong end of your cord into the receptacle end of the Ground Rod cord. If you live in a dry area, such as a desert, soak the earth around the Ground Rod from time to time for maximum conductivity.
