Earthing Patches Kit

The Earthing Patches Kit comes with 30 Earthing Patches, 2 Earthing Coil Cords and 1 Earthing Adapter Plug.

Earthing patches can be attached near an injury, pain, wound or area of acute pain to accelerate the healing process and reduce local inflammation and discomfort. They are a way to concentrate earthing into a small area.

Earthing patches are similar to the ECG/EKG electrode patches commonly used by doctors for testing purposes. When used for Earthing, you simply apply them to the skin on some part of the body, such as a site of tenderness or pain.

Benefits of Earthing Patches

  • recovery from common injuries and strains
  • relief to those suffering with arthritis
  • heightened athletic recovery
  • accelerate wound healing
  • reduce stiffness and pain

Over many years of observation and study, we have found that there are three prime locations for placing the patches.
- If you have pain in your upper body (from the waist up), place the patches on the palms of your hands.
- If you have pain in your lower body (below the waist), place the patches on the K1 spot on the soles of your feet.
- Directly on the area of pain or adjacent to it.

Please Note -
- If the adhesive on your individual Earthing® Patch isn't sticky anymore, this doesn't necessarily mean the Patch is no longer conductive.
- What matters is that the gel in the center of the patch is still in contact with your skin. If it is, then the Patch is still conductive and you can use tape or band-aids or whatever works to keep the Patch on your body.
- If the gel is no longer in contact with your skin, then discard the Patch and open a new one.
For convenience sake, many people like to leave their Earthing® Patches on their body even when they're not connected to a cord.
- Two to three days is the maximum amount of time we recommend leaving a Patch on your skin at one time.
- When you remove the Patch, if you're still having pain and would like to put on a new Patch, place it in a slightly different spot so you don't irritate your skin.
- Yes, you absolutely can take the Patch off when you are done using it each time. You don't need to leave it on for 2-3 days. It's a matter of preference.
- Directly on the area of pain or adjacent to it.

- If you have pain on just one side of your body, place one patch on that side of the body on the palm of your hand or the sole of your foot.
- If you have pain on both sides of your body, place patches on both palms or both soles.

DO NOT apply creams, oils, lotions or essential oils to areas of skin before using the Patches, this includes deep heat, tiger balm, Voltaren and other anti-inflammatory and heat rubs. As a precaution, we recommend that if you use these creams, that you wash them off before using the Patches.
