Returns & Refunds Policy — Earthing NZ

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Manufacturing Faults & Warranty

We offer a 1-year repair or replacement warranty on all genuine Earthing™ products, covering manufacturing defects. This excludes damage caused by misuse, improper care, or physical damage. Cosmetic wear that does not affect the product's earthing effectiveness is not covered under warranty.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 90 days of purchase. We'll assess the item and offer a repair, replacement, or refund on the product purchase price as appropriate.

Faulty Items on Arrival

If your item appears faulty on opening, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at contact@earthing.co.nz. We ask that you cover the cost of return postage initially — once we've inspected the item and confirmed the fault, we will reimburse your return shipping costs in full.

Sleep Systems — Important Care Note

Sleep mats and pillow covers must NOT have been washed with detergents containing bleach, whiteners, or oxidisers, as these damage the product's conductivity. Items damaged through improper washing are not eligible for return or warranty claims.

Please include a copy of your original purchase invoice and ensure all accessories and cables are included.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your Rights

Our policy operates alongside your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
